FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AT 1041 PM CDT...A POSSIBLE TORNADO WAS INDICATED BY LUBBOCK
DOPPLER RADAR 11 MILES NORTH NORTHEAST OF DICKENS OR 1 MILE
NORTHEAST OF AFTON MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

THE TORNADO IS EXPECTED TO MOVE EAST OF ROARING SPRINGS AND REMAIN
OVER RURAL AREAS.
