IN NORTHWESTERN TEXAS ...NORTHERN HALE COUNTY AT 856 PM CDT...A TORNADO WAS REPORTED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS 5 MILES NORTHEAST OF PLAINVIEW MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
