THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LUBBOCK TX HAS ISSUED A
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1100 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE

   ...SWISHER COUNTY
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS HAVE CAUSED UP TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN IN PARTS OF
SWISHER COUNTY SINCE THIS AFTERNOON.  REPORTS INDICATE THAT ROADS IN
AND NEAR TULIA ARE FLOODED.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
