AT 1127 PM...HEAVY RAINS WERE BEGINNING TO SHIFT EAST OF THE AREA.
HOWEVER...AN ADDITIONAL 1/4 TO 3/4 INCH OF RAIN IS LIKELY ACROSS THE
REGION BY 1 AM.
 
ANY ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL ONLY ADD TO THE FLOODING THAT HAS ALREADY
OCCURRED.
