DEPUTIES REPORT CITY STREETS IN MARLIN ARE BEGINNING TO FLOOD AND
SEVERAL STATE HIGHWAYS ACROSS THE COUNTY WERE BEGINNING TO FLOOD. AN
ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN IS LIKELY ACROSS THE AREA THROUGH 1130
PM.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
