IN NORTHEAST GEORGIA ...BUTTS COUNTY AT 1130 PM WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR JACKSON. THE STORM WAS DRIFTLY SLOWLY TO THE SOUTHEAST. SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...DEADLY LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
