FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  715 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN NORTHWEST GEORGIA
 
   ...COWETA COUNTY...FAYETTE COUNTY
 
RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE THAT OVER 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE FALLEN OVER
MUCH OF COWETA AND FAYETTE COUNTIES DURING THE PAST SEVERAL HOURS. HEAVY
RAIN CONTINUES OVER THIS AREA AND AN ADDITIONAL INCH OR MORE OF
RAIN IS LIKELY.  THIS WILL RESULT IN RAPID RUNNOFF AND FLASH FLOODING.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
