CALHOUN COUNTIES...

THUNDERSTORMS HAD MOVED OUT OF CALHOUN AND VICTORIA COUNTIES.
RADAR ESTIMATES 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN IN EXTREME
SOUTHEAST VICTORIA AND NORTHERN CALHOUN COUNTIES.  THE FLOODED
LOW-LYING AREAS AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS SHOULD RECEDE BY LATE
EVENING.  MOTORISTS SHOULD CONTINUE TO USE EXTREME CAUTION AND
SHOULD NEVER CROSS A FLOODED ROAD.
