IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...NORTHERN JIM WELLS COUNTY THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE TO AFFECT THE NORTHERN SECTIONS OF JIM WELLS COUNTY. RADAR ESTIMATES RAINFALL TOTALS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES NEAR ORANGE GROVE AND SANDIA. THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTHERN JIM WELLS COUNTY HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO EXPIRE. FLOODING IS LIKELY OVER ALL OF THE NORTHERN PORTIONS OF JIM WELLS COUNTY. TRAVEL IS DISCOURAGED INTO THIS AREA.
