AT 710 PM MDT A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM REMAINED OVER CENTRAL TORRANCE
COUNTY ABOUT 9 MILES NORTHEAST OF WILLARD. THE STORM WAS MOVING
SOUTH AROUND 15 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL CROSS HIGHWAY 60 AND STATE
ROAD 42 IN THE NEXT 30 MINUTES.
