IN NORTH CENTRAL WEST VIRGINIA ...BARBOUR COUNTY LIGHT RAIN IS OCCURRING OVER MOST OF COUNTY WITH ANOTHER AREA OF HEAVY RAIN TO THE NORTHWEST WHICH WILL MOVE INTO THE AREA WITHIN NEXT TWO HOURS. THE FLOOD WARNING WILL BE EXTENDED DUE TO THE RUNOFF FROM THE PREVIOUS RAIN AND EXPECTED HEAVY RAIN MOVING INTO THE AREA. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
