   ...BANDERA COUNTY...KERR COUNTY...REAL COUNTY...UVALDE COUNTY
 
A BAND OF HEAVY RAINS OF 2-3 INCHES AN HOUR ARE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10
TO 15 MPH.  ALL FARM TO MARKET ROADS AND SECONDARY ROAD IN REAL COUNTY
ARE CLOSED.  ALL ACCESS ROADS TO I-10 IN WESTERN KERR COUNTY ARE CLOSED.
 
AVOID ALREADY FLOODED AREAS.  TRAVELERS SHOULD NOT ATTEMPT TO
CROSS FLOODED ROADS.  IF YOUR VEHICLE STALLS...LEAVE IT AND MOVE
