IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...GILLESPIE COUNTY...KENDALL COUNTY...KERR COUNTY AT 800 PM CST..WEATHER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN MOVING NORTH AT 20 TO 25 MPH ACROSS KENDALL..KERR..AND GILLESPIE COUNTIES. THE EARLIER WARNING FOR KERR AND GILLESPIE COUNTIES HAS BEEN EXTENDED. FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED IN KERR AND GILLESPIE COUNTIES WITH MORE RAIN MOVING INTO THE AREA. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS BRIDGES...OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
