IN OHIO ...CUYAHOGA COUNTY...LORAIN COUNTY AND THE ADJACENT WATERS OF LAKE ERIE AT 1125 PM CLEVELAND DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 10 MILES NORTH OF AVON LAKE MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH. THIS STORM WILL AFFECT THE TOWNS OF LORAIN...AVON...ELYRIA...AND THE WESTERN SUBURBS OF CLEVELAND BY MIDNIGHT. THESE STORMS WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY DOWNPOURS HEAVY ENOUGH TO CAUSE FLOODING.
