000 TTAA00 KCLE 142336 FFWCLE OHC173-150130- FLOOD WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE CLEVELAND OH 735 PM EDT FRI JUN 14 1996 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS EFFECTIVE UNTIL 930 PM EDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN OHIO ...WOOD COUNTY DOPPLER RADAR IN CLEVELAND INDICATED THAT A SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORM OVER THE AREA JUST SOUTHEAST OF BOWLING GREEN HAD PRODUCED UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN BETWEEN 630 AND 730 THIS EVENING. THE STORM WAS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 15 MPH AND WILL AFFECT RADNER AND RISING SUN BY 830 PM. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALL|OW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. DEB
