FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AN AREA OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHERN RICHLAND COUNTY WAS
PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAIN. THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 15
MPH AND WILL AFFECT THE TOWNS OF ROME AND GANGES. DOPPLER RADAR
ESTIMATES THAT UP TO 1.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST HOUR.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO AL6LOW YOUR CAR TO
