FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAM
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1115 AM EDT

AT 805 AM DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO SHOW AREAS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY
RAIN ACROSS THE WARNING AREA. STREAMS ARE HIGH FROM ALL THE RAIN THE
LAST FEW DAYS. THE RAIN SHOULD BEGIN TO DECREASE IN INTENSITY BY 10 AM.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
