FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAM
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1115 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 815 AM DOPPLER RADAR IN CLEVELAND SHOWED MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN OVER
THE COUNTY. THE RAIN SHOULD DECREASE IN INTENSITY BY 10 AM. FLOODING OF
ROADS AND SMALL STREAMS WILL OCCUR.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
