FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

AT 746 AM...CLEVELAND DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THAT NEARLY THREE QUARTERS
OF AN INCH OF RAIN HAD FALLEN SINCE 4 AM OVER TRUMBULL COUNTY. SHOWERS
WILL CONTINUE TO TRACK ACROSS TRUMBULL COUNTY THROUGH 10 AM.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
