AT 935 AM DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO SHOW AREAS OF HEAVY RAIN OVER
MORROW COUNTY AND MAINLY THE SOUTHERN PARTS OF RICHLAND...ASHLAND AND
WAYNE COUNTIES. MANY REPORTS OF FLOODED ROADS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED FROM
THOSE COUNTIES. SOME STREAMS ARE CLOSE TO FLOODING.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
