FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAM
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1045 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

   ...ERIE COUNTY...HURON COUNTY...RICHLAND COUNTY
 
AT 640 AM DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO SHOW BANDS OF HEAVY RAIN. RAINFALL
AMOUNTS SINCE THE RAIN STARTED FRIDAY EVENING HAVE BEEN IN EXCESS OF 2
INCHES. STREAMS WERE RUNNING HIGH IN THE MANSFIELD AREA. THE RAIN SHOULD
BEGIN TO DECREASE IN INTENSITY AFTER 830 AM.
 
FLOODED STREETS AND STREAMS ARE LIKELY THIS MORNING.
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
