FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAM
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  930 AM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

   ...ASHLAND COUNTY...CUYAHOGA COUNTY...LORAIN COUNTY

AT 530 AM DOPPLER RADAR WAS SHOWING BANDS OF HEAVY RAIN OVER WESTERN
CUYAHOGA COUNTIES AND OVER MUCH OF LORAIN COUNTY AND INTO MEDINA AND
ASHLAND COUNTIES. THESE RAINS ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THE REMNANTS OF FRAN.
RAINFALL RATES ARE AN INCH TO AND INCH AND A HALF AN HOUR. EVEN THOUGH
IT HASNT RAINED IN AWHILE SOME STREET AND STREAM FLOODING MAY OCCUR.
 
LAGRANGE IN LORAIN COUNTY HAD 3.62 INCHES OF RAIN BETWEEN 730 PM AND 515
AM. AT CLEVELAND HOPKINS AIRPORT 1.78 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN AS OF 5

ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
