THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A
FLOOD WARNING FOR SMALL STREAMS
EFFECTIVE UNTIL  400 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

   ...MEDINA COUNTY
 
THE REMNANTS OF HURRICANE FRAN HAS DUMPED THREE TO FOUR INCHES OF RAIN
OVER PORTIONS OF MEDINA SINCE FRIDAY EVENING. THIS HAS FORCED SOME
STREAMS IN SOUTHERN MEDINA COUNTY OUT OF THEIR BANKS. FLOODING HAS BEEN
REPORTED ALONG THE LITTLE KILLBUCK AND CARMEL CREEKS. THE RAIN HAS
SUBSIDED IN MEDINA COUNTY HOWEVER FLOODING OF STREAMS WILL LIKELY
CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT TWO TO THREE HOURS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
