IN OHIO ...ASHTABULA COUNTY...TRUMBULL COUNTY IN PENNSYLVANIA ...CRAWFORD COUNTY...ERIE COUNTY EVEN THOUGH THE RAIN HAS ENDED...HIGH WATER CONTINUES TO AFFECT MANY AREAS. LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS INDICATE THAT NUMEROUS ROADS REMAIN CLOSED DUE TO FLOODING. RAINFALL OVERNIGHT GENERALLY RANGED FROM AROUND 1 INCH TO NEARLY 2 INCHES IN SOME AREAS.
