FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  700 AM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

   ...ASHTABULA COUNTY...LAKE COUNTY...MAHONING COUNTY
   ...PORTAGE COUNTY...STARK COUNTY...SUMMIT COUNTY...TRUMBULL COUNTY
 
THE RAIN WILL BE ENDING BY SUNRISE. HOWEVER...THE GROUND IS SATURATED
AND WITH THE CONTINUED RAIN SOME ROADS WILL BE FLOODED AND SOME STREAMS
MAY FLOOD. ONCE THE RAIN ENDS THE FLOOD THREAT WILL SLOWLY DIMINISH.
 
UP TO AN INCH OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE THURSDAY EVENING. WATER WAS
REPORTED OVER A FEW ROADS IN STARK COUNTY AND IN MAHONING.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLbY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
