FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  700 PM MDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN CENTRAL NEW MEXICO
 
   ...EASTERN SOCORRO COUNTY...WESTERN AND CENTRAL TORRANCE COUNTY
 
AT 409 PM MDT...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN
STRETCHED FROM NORTHCENTRAL TORRANCE COUNTY SOUTHWEST INTO EASTERN
SOCORRO.  THEY WERE MOVING NORTHWEST AT ONLY 5 TO 10 MPH ENTERING AREAS
ALREADY HIT WITH HEAVY RAIN AND SOME FLOODING OVER THE PAST 12-24 HOURS.
SOME AFFECTED COMMUNITIES INCLUDE MOUNTAINAIR...ESTANCIA...MANZANO AND
BINGHAM AS WELL AS OTHER SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES.
