FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  700 AM MDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN CENTRAL NEW MEXICO
 
   ...EASTERN SOCORRO COUNTY
 
RADAR INDICATES STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE
BUILDING OVER EASTERN SOCORRO COUNTY. RADAR PRECIPITATION
ESTIMATES OF WELL OVER AN INCH PER HOUR ARE INDICATED OVER
PORTIONS OF HIGHWAY 380 BETWEEN SAN ANTONIO AND BINGHAM AS
WELL AS OVER I-25 SOUTH OF SAN ANTONIO.
 
FLOODING WILL BE LIKELY NEAR BINGHAM TIL 700 AM.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
OBSERVED...ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
