THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TOPEKA HAS ISSUED A
TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1215 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS
 
   ...NORTHERN LYON COUNTY
 
AT 1135 PM...A POSSIBLE FUNNEL CLOUD WAS REPORTED...AND DOPPLER RADAR
INDICATES...A POSSIBLE TORNADO LOCATED ABOUT 15 MILES NORTH OF
EMPORIA...OR JUST SOUTHWEST OF ADMIRE.
 
THIS SEVERE STORM WAS MOVING VERY SLOWLY TO THE NORTH AT ONLY 5 MPH.
THE TOWN OF ADMIRE IS STILL IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM.
 
THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS STORM.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE IN THE
PATH OF THIS TORNADO MOVE TO A SHELTER BELOW GROUND IF AVAILABLE.
OTHERWISE... GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR
POSSIBLE.  AVOID WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A
