TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  815 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS

   ...NORTHERN MORRIS COUNTY

AT 720 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO ABOUT 20
MILES SOUTH OF JUNCTION CITY...NEAR LATIMER.

THIS STORM IS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.  SOME TOWNS IN THE PATH
OF THIS STORM ARE WHITE CITY...PARKERVILLE...AND DWIGHT.
IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A
BASEMENT.  GET UNDER A STAIRWELNL OR PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE.
