TOPEKA...OR NEAR THE INTERCHANGE OF HIGHWAYS 56 AND 99...OR JUST NORTH
OF ADMIRE.
 
THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 35 MPH...AND SOME OF THE TOWNS IN
