IN CENTRAL KANSAS ...SOUTHERN DICKINSON COUNTY AT 614 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM LOCATED 20 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ABILENE...OR 5 MILES SOUTHWEST OF CARLTON...MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.
