FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS
 
   ...SOUTHEASTERN DOUGLAS COUNTY...EASTERN FRANKLIN COUNTY
 
DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO ABOUT 5 MILES NORTH OF
OTTAWA. THE MOVEMENT OF THE STORM WAS EAST AROUND 30 MPH. THIS STORM
SHOULD EFFECT OTTAWA LE LOUP WELLSVILLE AND BALDWIN CITY BY 345AM.
PERSONS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM SHOULD TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY.
