IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO ...COLUMBIANA COUNTY SPOTTERS REPORT A TORNADO NORTHWEST OF LISBON OHIO IN CENTRAL COLUMBIANA NEAR THE INTER SECTION OF ROUTES 45 AND 517. THIS STORMS IS MOVING WEST AROUND 10 MPH AND IS VERY DANGEROUS. IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A BASEMENT. GET UNDER A WORKBENCH OR STURDY FURNITURE.
