IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO ...CARROLL COUNTY A SPOTTER REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD NEAR NEW HARRISBURG...ABOUT 4 MILES NORTHWEST OF CARROLLTON. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM. TAKE COVER! THIS STORM IS MOVING WEST AROUND 10 MPH. IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A BASEMENT. GET UNDER A WORKBENCH OR STURDY FURNITURE.
