IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO ...COLUMBIANA COUNTY A HAM RADIO OPERATOR IN COLUMBIANA COUNTY REPORTED FLOODING IN UNITY TOWNSHIP IN NORTHEASTERN COLUMBIANA COUNTY. IN ADDITION...ADJACENT TOWNSHIPS WEST AND SOUTH OF UNITY TOWNSHIPS MAY ALSO EXPERIENCE FLOODING. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
