IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO ...TUSCARAWAS COUNTY HEAVY RAINS CONTINUE OVER TUSCARAWAS COUNTY AND THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 700 PM. STREET FLOODING IS REPORTED IN NEW PHILADELPHIA. DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROAD. THE WATER MAY BE TOO DEEP TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
