WATER VAPOR IMAGERY INDICATED A MID/UPPER LEVEL LOW OVER OLD MEXICO SOUTH OF ELP PROVIDING THE NEXT IMPULSE. A QUICK LOOK AT THE 12Z ETA GRIDS SHOWS GOOD UPWARD FORCING WITH Q-VECTOR CONVERGENCE ACROSS THE BIG BEND BY 18Z. AS THE MAX UPWARD FORCING MOVES EASTWARD BY 00Z...ETA SUGGESTS FRONTOGENESIS JUST E OF P07 BY 00Z AND THE SOUTHEASTERN PORTION OF THE CWA RAPIDLY BECOMING CONVECTIVELY UNSTABLE.
