IN WEST CENTRAL KANSAS ...GREELEY COUNTY AT 234 AM MDT...A POSSIBLE TORNADO WAS DETECTED BY GOODLAND DOPPLER RADAR 12 MILES WEST OF TRIBUNE OR 10 MILES WEST OF HORACE MOVING NORTH AT 23 MPH.
