IN WEST CENTRAL KANSAS ...NORTHERN GREELEY COUNTY AT 1202 AM MDT...A POSSIBLE TORNADO WAS DETECTED BY GOODLAND DOPPLER RADAR 12 MILES NORTHWEST OF TRIBUNE OR 11 MILES NORTHWEST OF HORACE MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. THE TORNADO IS CURRENTLY EXPECTED TO REMAIN OVER RURAL AREAS. THIS UPGRADES THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR NORTHERN GREELY COUNTY.
