SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  615 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS......
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
 
   ...VICTORIA COUNTY
 
AT 520 AM CDT VICTORIA RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER THE
CITY OF VICTORIA. WIND GUSTS TO 52 MPH WERE RECORDED AT THE VICTORIA
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE. THIS STORM WAS MOVING EAST AT 15 MPH.
 
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55
MPH...DESTRUCTIVE HAIL...FREQUENT LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
HEAVY RAINS FLOOD ROADS QUICKLY SO DON'T DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE
