IN WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA ...WESTERN CHIPPEWA COUNTY...EASTERN LAC QUI PARLE COUNTY ...SOUTHWESTERN SWIFT COUNTY INCLUDING THE CITIES OF MILAN...WATSON...APPLETON AND MONTEVIDEO. AT 830 AM CDT A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED JUST NORTH OF MADISON WHICH IS 55 MILES WEST OF WILLMAR AND WAS MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH. THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL MOVE THROUGH MILAN... WATSON AND APPLETON AROUND 845 AM CDT AND THROUGH THE MONTEVIDEO AREA AROUND 900 AM CDT. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...SEEK SHELTER FROM THE WEATHER IN A STRONG BUILDING.
