FREDERICKSBURG IN GILLESPIE COUNTY HAD 6.80.  MANY LOCATIONS IN THE
HILL COUNTRY TOTALED 3 TO 5 INCHES OVER NIGHT.
 
THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING WAS EXTENDED SINCE NEARLY ALL LOW WATER
CROSSING REMAIN FLOODING AND WATERS WERE ONLY SLOWLY RECEDING
ELSEWHERE.  MORE SHOWERS AND HEAVIER RAINS WERE DEVELOPING TO THE
SOUTH AND SPREADING NORTHWARD INTO THE PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED COUNTIES.
 
JUST BEFORE 8 AM...RADAR SHOWED A CLUSTER OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINS
BETWEEN LAMPASAS...MARBLE FALLS AND BLANCO...MOVING TO THE NORTH AT
NEAR 40 MPH.  RAINFALL RATES IN A FEW SPOTS NORTH OF BURNET AND
NORTHWEST OF LAMPASAS INDICATED 1/2 TO 1 INCH PER HOUR RATES.
 
PERSONS IN THE CENTRAL TEXAS HILL COUNTRY SHOULD KEEP UP WITH LATER
FORECASTS AND LISTEN FOR ADDITIONAL STATEMENTS AND ADVISORIES.
