NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE CONCORDIA KS
755 PM CDT THU MAY 24 1990

THE TORNADO WARNING FOR SOUTHERN DICKINSON COUNTY OF CENTRAL KANSAS
HAS EXPIRED AND WILL NOT BE EXTENDED.  THE STORM HAS MOVED INTO
MORRIS COUNTY.

AT 755 PM CDT A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN..GUSTY WINDS..
POSSIBLE HAIL AND DEADLY LIGHTNING WAS 25 MILES SOUTHWEST OF SALINA.
ANOTHER AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WAS 35 MILES SOUTHEAST OF SALINA.  ALL
THE THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING EAST NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

REMEMBER A TORNADO WATCH COVERS ALL OF CENTRAL AND NORTHCENTRAL
KANSAS UNTIL 10 PM CDT.

TORNADO WATCH NUMBER 311 IS IN EFFECT FOR ALL OF CENTRAL AND NORTH
CENTRAL KANSAS EXCEPT CLAY AND WASHINGTON COUNTIES UNTIL 10 PM CDT.

AT 850 PM CDT ALL THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS HAD MOVED INTO EAST
CENTRAL KANSAS...HOWEVER CONDITIONS ARE SUCH THAT SEVERE STROMS
COULD DEVELOP RAPIDLY.  PERSONS IN CENTRAL AND NORTHCENTRAL KANS0AS
SHOULD REMAIN ALERT FOR POSSIBLE SEVERE WEATHER DEVELOPMENT.
