FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY...

AT 905PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO OVER PLYMOUTH
KANSAS... OR ABOUT 10 MILES WEST OF EMPORIA. MOVEMENT WAS ESTIMATED
EAST AT 25 TO 30 MPH. PEOPLE IN EMPORIA SHOULD HEAD FOR COVER.
 
IF YOU ARE CAUGHT IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...LEAVE THE CAR AND GO
TO A STRONG BUILDING. DO NOT USE YOUR CAR TO TRY TO OUTRUN A
