WEST OF EMPORIA MOVING TO THE EAST AT 25 MPH. THE STORM WILL
BE MOVING INTO THE EMPORIA AREA BETWEEN 9 AND 930PM.
THIS WARNING IS FOR DAMAGAING WIND AND LARGE HAIL. FIND SHELTER
