SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  430 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN NORTHWEST TEXAS
 
   ...HOWARD COUNTY INCLUDING THE CITY OF BIG SPRING...
 
AT 327 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED THAT A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS ENTERING
WESTERN HOWARD COUNTY. THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 20 MPH.
 
A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES
WITH LITTLE OR NO ADVANCE WARNING.  RE#MAIN CALM BUT BE ALERT TO
