000 TTAA00 KOFK 182228 SVROFK NEC089-182330- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE NORFOLK NE 528 PM CDT FRI JUL 18 1986 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 630 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA...NORTHERN HOLT AT 525PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 10 MILES NORTHWEST OF O NEILL. THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE EAST SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH. AT 510 PM CDT THIS STORM PRODUCED GOLFBALL SIZE HAIL 15 MILES NORTH OF ATKINSON IN NORTHERN HOLT COUNTY. THESE STORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE A TORNADO WITH LITTLE OR NO WARNING...SO BE ON THE LOOKOUT AND BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO A PLACE OF SAFETY. BOWMAN 2227Z
