THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 710 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTY OF

NORTHEAST NEBRASKA...KNOX

AT 637 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO 50 MILES NORTH
NORTHWEST OF NORFOLK OR JUST WEST OF VERDIGRE.  MOVEMENT WAS
TO THE EAST AT 30 MPH.

AT 629 CDT PM GOLFBALL SIZE HAIL WAS REPORTED 3 WEST OF VERDIGRE.

 PEOPLE IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO SHOULD GO TO A BASEMENT SHELTER
IF POSSIBLE...OTHERWISE GO TO A CENTRAL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
FLOOR.  ABANDON CARS AND MOBILE HOMES FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING.
