THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 
WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 430 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES OF

NORTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA...EASTERN KEYA PAHA AND NORTHERN HOLT

AT 350 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS FROM
25 MILES NORTHEAST OF AINSWORTH TO 25 MILES EAST OF AINSWORTH...OR
FROM JUST EAST OF SPRINGVIEW IN KEYA PAHA COUNTY TO NEAR STUART IN
HOLT COUNTY.  THESE STORMS WERE MOVING TO THE EAST NORTHEAST AT 25
MPH.

AT 345 PM CDT GOLFBALL TO SMALL BASEBALL SIZE HAIL WAS REPORTED
6 MILES NORTH OF NEWPORT IN NORTHERN ROCK COUNTY.

 THESE STORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE A TORNADO WITH LITTLE
OR NO WARNING...SO BE ON THE LOOKOUT AND BE PREPARED TO MOVE TO A
PLACE OF SAFETY.
