F1 tornado, Murphy, Oklahoma, May 30, 2004
This F1 tornado ran 7.2 miles across Mayes County on May 30, 2004, touching down at 1:51 AM CDT and reaching 600 yards wide. It killed nobody, and did $30,000 of property damage.
The rating scale

Considerable damage. Roofs torn off well-built houses, frame homes shifted on their foundations, mobile homes destroyed, large trees snapped or uprooted, cars lifted off the ground.

Severe damage. Whole stories of well-built houses destroyed, large buildings badly damaged, trains overturned, trees debarked, heavy cars lifted and thrown.

Devastating damage. Well-built houses leveled, structures with weak foundations moved some distance, cars thrown and large missiles generated.
F5261 to 318 mph
Incredible damage. Strong frame houses swept off their foundations, car-sized missiles thrown more than 100 meters, steel-reinforced concrete badly damaged, high-rise buildings deformed.

This tornado was produced by the storm that produced tornadoes in Creek and Wagoner Counties. The tornado occurred in southern Mayes County between Murphy and Locust Grove. This tornado damaged and uprooted trees along its path. Damage to inhabited buildings was mainly to shingles and broken windows. Structural damage was mainly contained to outbuildings,
